2. The East uses there water mainly for Stream/electric uses, while the west is mostly agricultural. Because both sides have access to different oceans, it creates different opportunities to most efficiently use their water. The west has a vast amount of farms, while the east factories.
3. The weather on the East and West coast affect their different areas of expertise when it comes to handling water. Alaska and Hawaii's culture effect their water purposes because of their climate and daily lifestyle.
